I’m Lily Hargreaves. I founded The Click Society in 2020 with a clear mission. To help ambitious ecommerce brands drive profitable growth without compromising brand integrity.

I am a Shopify native. With over a decade of experience, I have spent my career in the trenches, scaling startups into some of Australia’s fastest-growing ecommerce businesses.

I don’t believe in growth hacks or chasing short-term wins. I believe in long-term strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

My work exists at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer experience. It is about building ecosystems designed to convert, retain, and grow loyal customers.
